Who we are

This site is run by PJD Studio Private Limited, which trades as This is it Studio. Our registered address is D-21/B Moti Nagar, New Delhi - 110015, India.

What this policy covers

It covers this website: what we collect when you use it, why we collect it, who else handles it, and what you can ask us to do about it. It does not cover any other company's site that we link to.

What you give us

We only collect what a form asks for. There are three of them.

• The project enquiry on the home page: what you are building, the stage you are at, your company name, and your email address.
• The contact form: your name, your email address, and your message.
• The Notes signup: your email address, and which page you signed up from.
• Each form also carries a hidden field that people never see. If it is filled in, the submission is treated as automated, discarded, and nothing is sent or stored.

What we collect while you read

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: which pages are opened, roughly where in the world a visit came from, what kind of device and browser, and how you arrived. It sets cookies to do that.

We do not use it to work out who you are, and we do not combine it with anything you have typed into a form. If you would rather not be counted, your browser's cookie settings or Google's own opt-out add-on will stop it, and the site works exactly the same without it.

Who else handles it

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising. These are the companies involved in running the site:

• Resend delivers the email our forms send, and holds the Notes mailing list.
• Google Analytics measures how the site is used.
• Cal.com handles discovery call bookings. If you book a call, what you type into that booking goes to Cal.com under their own policy.
• YouTube serves the videos embedded in some dataroom articles, and Google may set cookies when one loads.
• Vercel hosts the site and keeps ordinary server logs, which include IP addresses.
• Sanity stores and serves the words and images the site is built from.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries and messages stay in our email for as long as we need them for the conversation and our own records.
• Your address stays on the Notes list until you unsubscribe, which every one of those emails has a link for. After that it comes off the list.
• Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in our Google Analytics account.

What you can ask for

Write to accounts@thisisitstudio.in and you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can unsubscribe from Notes at any time without asking us.

Children

This site is meant for people working in and around deep technology companies. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect anything about them.

Changes to this policy

When what we do changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top moves. There is no separate archive of older versions.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of India.
